is a 1st gen AT ecm the same as the std. transmission cars? my car was an automatic but now a std. dont know what to do with ecms thx

The ECU are different between the auto and the std. transmission.
I think the auto have 390 cc injectors and a 13b turbo.

the turbo has been machined w/ larger internals and im installing 680pte injectors can i just send the A/T comp to dsmlink and get them to e-prom it or do i NEED a std. trans computer to begin with

The only difference you need to worry about is they are programmed for different injectors. The manual is programmed for 450's and the auto is programmed for 390's.
