I purchased ECM Link V3 (full) and Speed Density. I wanted to also purchase a Forced Performance 4" intake Pipe but I don't know if ECM link can have the BOV not recirculate. I would just like to have less colluder and hoses in the Bay. Don't really care to much about the sound. If there is how may I tune it in the program to make this possible. And will there be any downfalls to me doing this?

Speed density is the correct route to go if you want to have a BOV that vents instead of recirculates. Assuming that you have the IAT and MAP sensor as well as ECMlink you're pretty much set to start speed density tuning. There's a bunch of info on this site as well as ECMtuning that covers how to set up speed density in link.
