eclipse stalls

i have a 97 eclipse gst and if i run the car for a while for example if i drive home from school and have to sit in all the traffic then go to the store the car will start to stall when i push in the clutch to down shift. but if i slow all the way down to 800 rpms before pushing in the clutch it will not stall

What type of BOV are you running? Recirculated?
Test your IAC and ISC

yea it is a recirculated bov sorry i didnt metion that up there but could it be caused by a vacuum leak
