i am a noob and this will be my first turbo build

Firstly, that kit is for a 420a. That block comes in 95-99 N/T DSMs.
Secondly, those kits are generally crappy. The IC and piping are good, but the turbos are low grade and the Wastegates and BOV won't hold pressure. It's better to build a kit, especially since you're already working with a 4g63

Installing a turbo on a non-turbo car is a difficult job for someone with experience, let alone someone that is a total noob. I recommend keeping your car as a reliable daily driver and buying a 1G GS-T, GSX, or TSi to mod.

Agreed. Pretty sure you wouldnt have a 420a sitting in that 1g .I was kicking the idea of turboing my n/t 4g64 SOHC, ditched that idea threw in a 4g63t and now Im looking to build the 2.4 block for a more torquier beast.
