Ebay Stuff.. This worth it?

Umm well i'm just curious because i'v read my share of threads about people saying the ebay tubular manis crack really really easy and alot so... i wanna save money because it's tight but I wanna upgrade! at the same time and i also want it to last.. :(

The only thing i would buy from that dude is a FMIC. Those are supposed to be good.

Dont buy cheap ebay turbos. Why? Look at the XS Power thread in Newbie Forum.

I personally wouldnt trust an ebay tubo and kit. Its hard to go wrong with things like intakes, Manual Boost Controllers, and stuff like that but exuast manifolds and turbos are things i would rather not risk. I would rather pay the extra mooolah even if it means waiting longer because in the end you can rest MORE assured than if you were to buy something like that.

Dangit.... Spooling99, you beat me to it....

But yeah, that thread will tell you just about everything you need to know about ebay FMIC's.

Now, don't give the man such a hard time. Some of us have bought E-Bay turbo kits and have had no problem whatsoever. It is a chance when you buy things on E-Bay, sometimes you can get lucky and sometimes you don't. If you are smart enough you can make your own intercooler kits using E-Bay parts and save yourself hundreds of dollars.
