1st night I say we eat at the Texas road house and not go for the local flavor .. just fun . also add 10 pm friday Kryptonite !!! ( Night club / Dance club )

Ok due to the age restriction at the palms and most people are not 25 yet, we will be staying at the blue bay resort again this year all the info for the hotel is here:

That works too for the younger than us old folks crowd! The Blue bay is only a 1/2 a block from the palms .

ok everyone i just talked to the group specialist for the blue bay resort and here are the rates for the weekend:

Double Rooms: These are the better rooms there are ocean view and higher up in the hotel, they are $40 a night. They come with 2 double beds, mini kitchen, tv and personal balcony.

King Jacuzzi Rooms: These are top of the line rooms there but they are all smoking rooms, i talked to the manager of the hotel and was told if you are unhappy with the smell you can get a double room without a problem for $40 a night. These rooms come with 1 king size bed, jacuzzi, mini kitchen, tv and a persol balcony and are all located at the top floor.

When you call to book a room tell them you are booking with the party of Matt Ziegler and you will get this rate.

I have been wanting to do this for the past couple years but due to school and my GSX shelling out transmissions I have not been able to go. I will be there this year. I am also on EVOm.net and there are some posts on there for EVO's to attend. I hope this is a big turn out.

Matt from what all the maps look like the best meeting spot is off of I 95 exit 181 ( south of the border exit ) HWY 38 I belive . Now all we have to do is cordinate time frames w/ the Guys from Charlotte and RDU . I just talked to Doug he will be comming later because of work issues. I will head up the planning for the Charlotte area and west of Charlotte ( Lincolnton , Concord , Kannapolis, Rowan , etc ) . For those in these areas or close to Charlotte please PM me w/ a good time you can leave on friday . Me personaly I'd like to leave before the rush hours and plan to be there by 4 ish or so . Charlotte guys we will talk about this Thursday at the Hams meet so I can get a better feel of who is comming , who is unsure and well who wont be going .

hey greg do you want to take highway 9 to 17 then into myrtle then?

and exit 181 is as soon as you come into NC according to mapquest their showing that as exit 1 either way its the first exit to come into SC do you want to meet in the SOTB parking lot as far as time wise goes ill need to find out all the stops we are going to make to pick people up but i can give you a rough estimate
