Pat, take 81 down to 64, 64 to Richmond, 264 down to the 85/95 area. At this point to me you're about 1:45 hrs from me via 85S and 40E. However, to meet up with everyone for the trip you're probably 2-2:15hrs ( I think) to the Rendevouz point just after Benson in the I-95/40. Though no one has really given me any feedback on that rendevouz and time frame.

actually if you take 64 east to richmond the fastest way to 95 is 288 South from the west end. its only been open for about a year but its much faster...

Haha, nah, nobody is staying at my place yet Pat. And no crappy apartment anymore, moved into a house this year, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage, real nice man. But yeah like i said in one of the first posts, anyone that wants to sleep on the couch or futon in our living room is more then welcome to, so just let me know.

krlyuzh - thats a real nice clean 2G, can't wait to see it at the meet.

just wondering what all goes on at the meets and what not? being a newbie just wondering if it would be worth the while to go?

I'm guessing it's like the 3Si east coast gathering I have been to with my boyfriend...that's always a load of fun, so who knows maybe I'll come. Just want to be out of place by being one of the only girls

the majority of us are, dont forget im the md convoy coordinator hahaha... but i know that the pepole coming from md and anyone wanting to ride with us will be there at 3pm-4pm. there will be the occasional straggler who go by themself but they are more then welcome to join us if they want.

Don't worry. You won't be the only one. As of now my 18 yo daughter wants to tag along. She was a little hesitant about partying with her parents but I reminded her that her parents are cool. She agreed of course.

She drives an 1999 GS by the way.
