Easier coolant leak fix ?

I have a coolant leak coming from the o-ring seal that seals the main coolant pipe (behind the turbo) to the water pump. My question is: Is it possable to remove that pipe and replace the o-ring without having to take off the turbo and manifold ? I need to take care of it as soon as possable but would rather not have to endore the extra work...

Anyone managed this ?

I had a very similar leak and got some "stop leak" (can't remember the particular brand) from autozone that stopped it. They have several different brands, but the one I used had a brown syrupy liquid with little pellets in it. At first I didn't think it was going to work, and was a little hesitant about putting those pellets into my cooling system, but after a few days it stopped the leak.
