My E-brake is stuck on my right rear tire. How can do I disconnect the cable from the bracket? The shop manual doesn't help.

there is a c-clip on the caliper of your brakes...it works just like the brakes on a mountain bike...remove the c-clip and twist the cable out of the bracket but if the e-brake is hanging up something else is wrong.maybe cable is bad(freyed cable).
