ROFLROFLROFL I know what car your talking about, that car is in my friends yard, barely even worth calling a car anymore because its just a rusted shell now. i think he bought it from a shop class for $200

However back then i hear it use to be decent, 20g and few supporting mods although seems like it was missing alot of things (fuel mods)

Out 620 towards the lake. I'm not aware of any Magenta Eclipse's that had a blue hood. Depending on when this was, I may have been "retired" from the Eclipse for a couple of years. I'm barely getting back to the money pit full time after a couple years of not wanting to be around the scene.

either way we're getting some pretty good new crowd from san antonio that like to come play on a regular weekend bases. included their 1100hp viper:nono: but still, just lets you know how good the meets are...

i would love to go to the track but i gave up on track times looong ago when the title said GST

I'll be to some of the meets, just not when the Heatwave is in town.

Good luck with the girls, just be sure to get their info before they see you run. ;)

GST, blah blah blah blah. Buy some sticky tires, learn to launch it, have fun! Since your on the stock brakes still, some 15" slicks would sure be a nice upgrade. You could even run a 15" "street legal" radial and have fun on the street/track. :shhh:

Hmm, 1100hp Viper. Sure wouldn't mind getting spanked by that. Just to see it run, of course. :rocks:
 
Well, we're all set to go from this end! Bring your bathing suits and enjoy the pool! We'll have the grill running and cold drinks to enjoy. I'll be making some signs today which may help folks out in finding our meets. (A "pass the torch" kind of thing) They won't be hard to miss and will look like this -> :dsm:

Yup very cool guy and definetly one of the best tig welders!! Im having him weld up -AN fittings on everything soon enough...

The funniest thing about all his runs in the vids, if you pay attention, he can never hear the honks so he floors it after he see's the person go;) and still wins:sneaky:
 
I talked to my buddy last night with the grey viper and it sounded like it was turning into "austin cars are faster than san antonio cars" kinda thing.
 
Won't be able to make this meet......

I purchased a 3ft X 3ft X 4ft powder coating oven that gets here next week. Anybody interested in getting rims, intercooler pipes, blocks, etc powder coated contact me. I will also be offering ceramic coating on exhaust manifolds, exhaust housings, o2 housings etc. Manifolds will be coated inside and out.
If interested talk to Richard (DSM PWR) to get my number, or send me a pm.

I'm also looking for a 6 bolt block and crank :thumb:

to tell you the truth, if the old ppl from the friday meets would actually race instead of just show off there cars (same setups just different colors), then san antonio would be faster
 
I finally got my problem figured out. Now I just gotta get it fixed and get some dyno time. Shouldn't be too much longer.

I know the guy with the viper and a couple of our corvettte friends are gonna head up there in a couple weeks and so will I, if I'm done. We want to bring the red supra but I know the stroker wont be done by then.

But its all in good fun as far as we are all concerned.

I guess I better bring my A game then! Glad you figured it out. Maybe Frank will be ready by then so I can see the rematch, from up close and personal this time. :thumb:
