i run you with my auto 98 GST bone stock..I'm going in stock with a t25. Its all just fun, like t28 said

I will join you guys and have some fun. Eventually.......

matt, your the one that should be taking on gotboost8 because he has mods, and wants to take an awd launch. I guess after me?
redevo:that would be fun
Are you still waiting on the throttle body? If you are, that sucks and I really hope they are taking GOOD care of you.
I see in the video you claim 20psi, but aren't you on E85? Seems like low boost for that gas. I also hear mumblings of a time you ran, I can't wait if that time is true. I mean I will be on 93 unless someone gives me good reason to be on the expensive stuff.
Who mentioned light wheels, they only help the spin factor...but man those tires LOVE these hot streets...from anything but a launch.
if your talking about track times, everyone knows i couldnt get anylower than 14 flat
or if your talking about something else... then id sure like to know too
"expensive stuff"Like i said, it was my second day with the turbo and still getting use to it, 20psi was enough for that run...

But although the boost gauge shows 24psi, the car is only logging 20psi...I think I'll be fine with that expensive ass 93 octane. Maybe I'll find those lost 4psi before Saturday, turn it up 4 more on top of that and bring a little q16 for the big boys of Austin saturday nights.

Holy shit guys I have a business meeting in Louisiana this weekened. Didn't even think about it. Sorry Can't go. Too bad because I just got a fmic.![]()

I'm sure that 20 psi won't be enough for our runs unless you fix that issue you're having up top, and that slow spool.
I'm sure I heard something of a time mentioned in a pm, unless I was mis-informed. You know I'm a little older so my hearing isn't what it used to be.
I know, I'm not cool enough to run that cheap corn fuel. But although the boost gauge shows 24psi, the car is only logging 20psi...I think I'll be fine with that expensive ass 93 octane. Of course, this is just fun so noone get the panties bunched up. Oh, and watch out for the leaking oil return line and drivers side axle seal...I wouldn't want to oil anyones windshield Saturday.![]()

So do you guys plan on coming to the Austin meets after? that would be great! we need more DSMs to show up some V8s

I found a Mustang on 35 that looked like a very good race, but we were on 35 in Round Rock.
On the way home I found about 10 cars at the 7-11 on 620/Volente, but again nothing looked like a match. Oh well, next time I'll start looking for trouble earlier than 1130. Yea this saturday it was waaaaaay down 183. Behind the Ihop by lakecreek. Its like you said, they try to stay away from the civics and "slow" cars. The meets last anywhere from 10pm-3am
And that is just right down the street from the house.Na i dont plan on going to midnight madness, with the heatwave in town it should be a pretty packed "Austin Night Meet"
Time to pull the exhaust, though not connected, and find those lost psi's!

but still, just lets you know how good the meets are...thats true, but for us unmarried folk, it brings the girls too
either way we're getting some pretty good new crowd from san antonio that like to come play on a regular weekend bases. included their 1100hp viperbut still, just lets you know how good the meets are...
i would love to go to the track but i gave up on track times looong ago when the title said GST
I have talked with the guy who owns that viper many times. And he may make 1100 with the bottle but you wont see him ever use it except on the dyno, maybe....
He's more around the 800-900 range off the bottle. Either way its a very fast car.
Have you seen the cars the heatwave brings to the meets? Have you seen how those same people act when leaving the heatwave? It might bring some nice cars, but it will also bring cops and douche bags in droves.
I think I'm gonna try to head to MM and do my baby launch runs.Time to pull the exhaust, though not connected, and find those lost psi's!
