DSM link 2.5 VS 99 ECU in 95 GSX

Ok ive been rebuilding my a GSX i Bought That had a spun bearing, i rebuild the entire engine and got it in the car today, It has a 6 bolt swap with a 91 cas and the JNZ CAS Harness, with DSM link2.5 on the 95 ECU

My friend gave me a 99 ECU and he also has a 99 GSX and I was thinking about swapping so we could use the same tuning software, But the ECU harness has some wires swapped, I was about to solder and use shrink wrap on these wires, should I put them back to stock for the 99 ECU? and do I need to do anything with the plug order or injector wires? Thanks for any help

Those look to be the injector wires which have been swapped. I would put them back to factory no matter what ECU/tuning solution you go with. It can be corrected with other methods easier and then reset to factory if need be.
