when i start my car cold it idles low up and down(450-700rpm) It can go too low and just dies so i have to keep my rpms up manually until car warms up. also when i try to drive it cold, it stutters and barrely moves until it wormed up. Once it warmed up car runs like a beast but still idles low in neutral. I tried to adjust BISS screw and it still does that when its cold. I have CEL for random cylinder misfire. I checked compression and its 170 across, new spark plugs, injectors don't leak. What seems to be the problem guys?
ohh, and boost gauge reads -8vac when idles.

You should be idling at 19 vac. You have a boost leak you need to get fixed asap.

Also, your ISC may or may not be bad. Depends on how the car acts after you get your boost leak fixed. Don't post back until you've got all the leaks fixed. 20 psi for a minimum of 30 seconds is what your system should hold. Test at the turbo inlet and throttle body elbow.

Okay, so what IS the CEL?Your cam timing is three teeth off.

Check Engine Light is po3001 multiple Cylinder misfire. My car sounds like an old mustang is it because i have my timing off? but i alihned all teeth when i replaced tbelt.

If you're competent enough, start pulling plug wires one at a time until you find the one that's missing. Remember that modern ignitions can give you a shock that will have your balls glowing for three weeks.
How old are the plugs and plug wires?

I was afraid of this. It'll show you which cylinder isn't putting out power. When you find the one that doesn't affect idle when the wire's pulled, you've found where the trouble lives.

All four cylinders are working, i would have 0 power if 1 didn't work. They are missfiring probably electrical problem

Electrical, well then what are spark plugs considered? Water?
*sigh*
Whats amazing is I already told you to replace you ISC, now you have a code for it, go figure...
Did you ever check for boost leaks like I told you to?

Pedal faster.

Like everyone is saying do a boost leak test.

I thought if your timing is off your compression will be off as well.

Anyway start with the basics.

realigning tbelt and now car runs stronger, than I sealed TB gaskets. But vacuum still reads -10 at idle -15 when i am getting on it. Those are brand new plugs(platinum NGKs) so i don't think it is spark plugs. Still idles to low when cold, so i am thinking more boost leaks. There is no more CEL for ICS just cylinder missfire.

LOL Speaking from experience?

How do you do it cautiously so you don't zap yourself?
Suspend yourself in mid air or use a set of pliers with rubber handle.

realigning tbelt and now car runs stronger
So it was off? By how much was it off? Did you find out why the belt jumped? Did you tension it properly? Did you use a new tensioner?

Those are brand new plugs(platinum NGKs) so i don't think it is spark plugs.
Switch back to bpr6es @ .028 copper plugs, our cars do not like platinum plugs.

Like everyone said, boost leak test.
