Has any one done any tuning with the ostrich 2, and ds-maps yet,
DSMAP | bringing NATIVE Speed Density to 1st Gen DSM's since 2005
i would like to get some feed back on your experience

I run it. Love it. Comes with a good base map. It's cheap, boost leaks don't make your car run like crap, really easy to tune with, no maf,you can vent, good support. Once you get it all installed you can be up and running with a pretty good tune in 30 min. I had no tuning experience before this and I found it really easy to understand. It also has a good forum with a bunch of helpful people if you have trouble.

im also running it.

got to love the fact that the car will still run even if the intercooler pipes popped off. that happened to me and just drove like an NA back home for me to put the pipe back on.

Do any one know anybody up in the Bay Area CA that knows how to tune with this software, (also i don't have a lap top) , i need me a guru in person as you can see from my set up it screaming for good tuning , and my friend that know how to tune with it, well hes to hard to get to help you with anything unless its in his best interest

i've been running it for two years now. I love it. I couldn't imagine a world where i still have a MAS.

the people at ds-map are the quickest and most informing people that i have ever talked to. they answered every single question that i had for them. this product is great and the best investment that you could ever do to your 1g...PERIOD...OH AND ITS CHEAP

can someone tell me what all I would need to run this setup, and why if it is so good, why doesnt everyone run this setup.


basically just looking to see what things I will need..such as eprom, sensors, etc.

I'm sure once the even sweeter pay version comes out you will be seeing alot more of it. If your really interested it don't cost a thing to check out the forums and get your copy...

As for what you will need check out the link in my first post in this thread. Generally members end up turning a profit after the switch selling they're old safc/maft trick the ecu junk. Yes it pays you to use it.
