Dry Ice Cleaning

One of the detail shops in Chicago had a seminar on dry ice cleaning and Im mad that I missed it. I thought about it for a business.... But then I saw laser cleaning and wondering if it would be a most cost effective purchase since you dont have to factor in the cost of dry ice..Not sure the power consumption tho. Waaaayyyyy expensive for a 500w-1000w machine right out of the gate. Like $10k

But someone who posted recently has an immaculate undercarriage when I checked their vehicle profile.. Cant remember who it is.

Dry Ice expense, yes. Just shipping 1 lb of dry ice in a food package was shocked at the cost, more than the shipping.

10k laser device. - expensive.
Wondering - lasers are destructive or non-destructive cleaning? I would be concerned about frying the paint right off the metal, or cooking the rubber sealant right out the seams.

It isn't that the finish is that great. I mean it is nice and probably similar or the same as walnut shell but the beauty is no leftover grit. Nothing to ever find left behind in the crevices of your rare car. Whatever you're blasting is simply clean again with nothing left to do. Whoever thought of it is a genius.
