od on or off?
power or economy and why?

i would be driving it maybe a grand total of 4 miles a week dont plan on racing anyone till sometime after stage 2 the car is stage 1 atm and im waiting on my rebuild kit for the transmission, shift kit but im not sure about the stall i can always ge that later if i need it

think of overdrive as your 5th gear. use it on the highway to get the best gas mileage. overdrive is for cruisin. with it off its just gonna run the RPM up higher and you'll get more pull.

as for the econ switch, I dont even know what that switch does LOL

the econ/power switch just downshifts if you reach over like 70% throttle. With Economy on, even if you give it 100% throttle, it will not downshift. That's all it really does to my knowledge.
