I am trying to swap my stock 1992 automatic six bolt 2.0 FW drive for a jasper seven bolt. I'm wondering if it is even possible tho becouse I didn't know that the six bolt and seven bolt have different torque converters and my stock six bolt torque converter dosen't mount up to the seven bolt drive plate I boght. Am I screwed or can I just buy a seven bolt torque converter off like a 1993 or 1994 2.0 auto and if so does anyone know the lettering for that specific torque converter or have one for sale? (these are all non turbo motors)

Please use punctuation and spell check. I just had an exam and dont want to think more whilst reading your letters.

How about some help I have been with out a car for a month now because I need to find out if this swap is possible. Other wise if you do not have any usefull information keep it to your self.

Why would you want to switch from a 6 bolt to a 7 bolt ?

I got a deal on a new jasper motor and my stock motor blew. Does anyone know the answer to my question can I swap motors?
