Alright everyone, I've had my car for about a month or so now and I've done T-Belt, Balanceshaft belt, waterpump and all the serpinetines, shifter base bushings, underhood shifter bushings.

Here is the problem...when I got the car I noticed that it is hard to shift sometimes. What I mean is it will grind going into gear sometimes. So far I have replaced my clutch line with AMS SS clutchline and the base shifter bushings and underhood bushings. After I did the shifter mods I noticed I could feel a difference going into gear but I had a grind. so...I bled the system and no difference was made. I then thought well maybe I didn't bleed the line very well. So...I went and bought a speed bleeder and used it and I must say that it fixed the problem. Everything shifted perfect! A week goes by and now my grind is back!

I've looked at the slave and master cyclinder and they seem to be fine and I can't find a leak anywhere. I think I will bleed the system again and see if it helps again but I don't know what else I should be looking for. If someone could help I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

A real quick update. So I did another bleed of the clutch and the clutch is grabbing like it should and I'm not getting any grinding now. We'll see how long it lasts but I'm thinking I'm gonna have to replace slave cylinder or something.

Check all the clutch lines, there could be a pin prick hole leaking somewhere.

Also my vote is the slave, as long as you have no fluid leak at the master ( look under the dash by the gas pedal, the master doesn't go STRAIGHT above the clutch pedal.
Check your slave again, they don't usually leak, they just get puffy at the boot.

Is your banjo bolt leaking?

Have you tried syncromesh?

Are all your tranny bolts in and tight?

no banjos leaking that I can tell.

I do need to put new tranny fluid in and I thought syncromesh was not the way to go. From what I have read you should use Redline MT-90. Is this wrong? or is it personal preference?

And I will check all my tranny bolts.

I think it's my slave cylinder, do you know if new slave cyclinder comes with extended rod? The piece the slave cylinder connects to moves up and down. It's hard to do but it does move. The boot on the slave cylinder boot was a little soft as well, that's what I'm leaning towards but I guess I'll have to keep checking stuff out.
