90 laser. Stage 2 shep trans. Welded diff. 2600 4 puck solid hub.

I was driving car to track last week amd going about 85 on interstate, i had a driveline vibration. Was only under light loads. Get on it or let off it would go away.
It has been getting worse to where I hear it all of the time. I put it on the rack at work and had a buddy get it up to 45 mph. It sounds like driveshaft rubbing against exhaust almost. But its not. They arent touching, and yet, there is a scraping/grinding noise coming from inside the driveshaft area behind t-case. But not the u-joint. The u-joints are good. The carrier bearings are a little loose. Im going to do the silicone fill this weekend. But I dont think this is root cause anyways. I can relate to the sound being like a piece of metal is rattling inside driveshaft.
Any help or tips on diagnoising would be appreciated.
