Driveshaft Grommet

Went to Re-install my drive-train components and noticed one of the grommets its missing on the rear carrier bearing ( or whatever the loop is ) is there a place to get a replacement , or is it ok to just fab something up? Car has been out of commission for about 5 years, so trying to find the grommet is out of the question

I fabbed something up when I bought my 97 (previous owner took out the driveshaft) I found them the next day, but didn't want to bother taking everything off. Drives fine, and no reason for it not to
