Hey guys... I've been searching for a while with no exact answer.

I just aquired a 91 Eclipse N/T and the CV boots are pretty chewed up on the driver's side axle. I want to replace the entire axle.

I know that AWD and FWD axles are different.

Problem: Seems that I can only find Turbo axles in the Classifieds. Will they work on a N/T? Are they the same size?

Thanks.

bless the vfaQ ;)

but keep this in mind, from the link:

"It has also come to our attention that there may be issues with doing the ELHS swap on NT cars. One of our customers tried to install the kit and had insufficient oilpan clearance. We know that Mopar marketed the kit to NT cars and Archer raced with it, so we're not sure what the problem is here. It may be that the NT M22-type trans locates the front output shaft a bit farther forward than the turbo M33-type trannies."

What are the spacers that the vfaq talks about? Is it just an AWD seal that I can buy at AutoZone?
