ive read about running drag radials on my 2g gst and more people have pushed further to running slicks than drag radials. I was looking more towards running either 225/50/16 hoosier dot drag radials or maybe running the gforce r1 radials on my stock size 205/55/16 or a 225/50/16 on my stock gst wheels. i havent found much help on a good slick size. Im thinkin 15x8 rota's on a 24'' slick
 
If you do some looking around here you'll find lots of good info on both drag radials & slicks. My track tire choice was very limited because of my Wilwood brakes, so I will be giving the Hoosier Drag Radials a shot in the 225/50/16 size. If you go with any drag radial, defently don't go any narrower then 225. If running a 15" rim was an option for me, I'd defently go slicks if your looking for a track only tire. Their easier on the drivetrain & most of the time will hook better. Around 24.5" tall is what you'll be after, believe M+H has one in this size.
