when I bought this car the guy had no clue what he was doing wondered why the ac didn't work that it was a mystery ... well I found it first thing the high side ac line is touching turbo downpipe wich v melted line appart .... anybody have any ideas I know heat wrap or a shield but can I bend the ac line ?

You can slightly bend the ac line out of the way, but i would heat wrap the downpipe. You might also think about making a tighter radius down pipe so it is further away from the ac.
 
You cant bent them slightly, be careful and dont get to crazy or the line with crack.. Ask me how I know...

and i am planing a new down pipe seeing how this one is very ugly and choped and hacked together i had to put a new flex pipe and get the welds patched just so i could go back in forth to work, im wondering the best kind of wrap to use i found a nice deal on ebay for 2000 degree wrap for like 20$ should i wrap the down pipe and ac line just to be safe?
