Dowel Pin Puller Recommendation

Hi,

I thought that this would be the best location for this question as the people in this part of the forum probably have the most experience with this.

I want to buy a metric dowel pin puller. Any suggestions on what brands are good or bad? Any suggestions on which style is best?

They are pricey so I wanted to get some feedback before buying one.

I just use a big-ass pair of pliers to remove them. I've never needed to pull one other than when they need to be replaced.

The machine shop I use does the same thing. If the dowel pin is destroyed, they just put new ones in or turn them around.
