Dose the balance shaft kit eliminate both shafts

Does the slowboy racing silent shaft eliminate both shafts i know the bearings are for the top and the nubby shaft is for the rear . i just what to make sure the front one has just the block off bearings and the rear is just the nubby shaft

I'm not really to clear on your question (or questions) here but yes the BSE kit's eliminate both shafts.
