Ok So I know all the doors on the 1g are interchangeable.

But which trims will actually be the same for a 90 eagle talon tsi awd.

### I need to replace a door, but I need it to all look like it belongs ya know.
I dont want to have to worry about getting sideskirts and little extras to get the door to look right.

You'll want to look for a 90-91 door since they are both referred to as 1ga's and had the same trim. 1992 started the non flip-up headlights and the trims were a bit different too. The 92-94's were referred to as 1gb's.

You can pop your door caps off and not worry about side skirts at all. the rest of the skirt is attached to the rocker panel, so you dont have to worry about that. If the door cap/side skirt is damaged then you will need to buy a new skirt/cap, and you will have to buy it seperately from the door. They dont sell doors and side skirts as one piece unless someone is doing a package deal.

But the trim is different from make to make right? Eagle, Mitsubishi, and Laser?

And doesnt it also alter between trim level? Like Tsi AWD to FWD, to Non turbo etc?

SO basically a 1990 eagle talon tsi awd is going to be different then a 90 Eclipse GSX?
It would also be different from a 90 talon tsi awd to a 1990 eagle talon fwd, correct?

Yes, trim is different between eclipse, talon, and laser. But the holes that the trim clips into the should be in the same location.

Im not sure on the 1G's if the trim changes between trim levels. I know in the 2G's you can get skirts on a TSi, or a TSi can not have skirts at all. My 97 Talon TSi AWD doesnt have skirts. My 95 TSi AWD does though. My friend's 95 TSi FWD has the same skirts as my 95 AWD.

So basically if you get a replacement door that had skirts, you should be able to pop your door skirt on to that door. You will not have to worry about the side skirt along the rocker, as that will not come off with the door.

so heres what you would need to do to replace your door
1. remove door cap from the door on your car
2. remove the door
3. install new door
4. snap door skirt onto new door
5. call it a day

Ha ha nice, thats perfect then. Hopefully I can find a red eagle talon door w/ trim then.
Thanks a lot.
