Door Wiring Clips

How is the best way to unclip the wires that run from under the dash to the doors. My car is gutted at the moment and I can only open the door half way. It's hard to examine how it clips it.
I already have removed the 2 screws that hold that big plastic piece in place.

I am on travel but I have extensive pictures of when I stripped mine. I am going off of memory but that looks like the side in the footwell. I believe I disconnected mine on the other side in the front fender. There is a big white plastic grommet like that that I popped out and pulled the connectors out of it. Then I disconnected the interconnect. Of course I could be wrong but I can check the photos to verify this weekend.
