Door locks, windows stereo, seatbelts issue

Ok bro moved for school and had to leave his car because one day the car just died at a light, so after a couple weeks i decided to look at it, was a loose connector right below the coil pack...anyways, after i got the car running i noticed the windows, auto seatbelts, stereo and doorlocks dont work unless the car is running, the AFC and lights work though. I checked every fuse in the car and everything was fine an dandy im lost because i doubt it would be a relay cause they work with the car running but not in the "on" position..anyone with an idea would help alot..thanks in advance

UPDATE: decided to put some miles on the car and turns out the stereo plays a cd for like 15 seconds and turns off n on again, checked the conenctions on the battery an they were tight, connections to deck are good and all fuses ok..if anyone has any ideas please inform me thanks

I would say to check those fuses one more time. I mean it doesn't sound like a fuse problem but hey the few minutes it takes to check them won't do any hard. Although the battery connections are tight, is the battery or alternator old? If so, you can take your car to almost any auto parts store where they can check your battery and alternator for charge. It may be that the battery has enough power to start the car and what not but once you drive the alternator is slowly going and causing you to lose power and make the radio go on and off. Just a suggestion.
