i have a 94 eclipse the door lock key was lost and i have a set of door lock cylinders with key off the 99 eclipse the 99 door locks had a wire going to them but i took that off the cylinders so now they look 100 percent like the ones on my 94, will they work on the 94 or should i trash them?

I would think as long as they fit and connect correctly they should work just the same but never know I could be wrong about that

As long as you have a key for them, and they match up to the lock actuator rods inside the door, you should be good. The wiring on the '99 cylinders is most likely for the keyless entry system.

I'm going to have to agree with what the other guys have said as long as everything lines up and fits

Why not just re-key your door lock cylinders to match your ignition cylinder key? There should be a write up somewhere, its extremely easy just takes a little time.

A couple years ago I was able to get keys made for an eclipse I bought that had none. I went to the dealer with the vin and got the code for a locksmith to cut, they may not have this info anymore but it's worth a shot. It's easier than replacing the locks. Good luck.
