Door doesn't open from outside after sitting all winter?

My car has been in storage all winter, but I go to finally drive it and the driver's door won't open. The door opens fine from the inside (had to crawl through the back, because it was too close to the wall on the passenger side) and I've never had a problem with the door before. I just don't get why it would stop working out of nowhere from sitting in the storage unit??? The door opened fine all winter when I'd go start it up until I decide I am ready to drive it.

I'm going to pull the door apart this weekend and look around, anybody have any heads up?

Does the handle actually pull out?

I believe the inside and outside handles use separate linkages. If I remember correctly they are only held by little plastic pieces so maybe on of those broke?

Yeah the handle pulls out and kind of feels like there's more tension than before.
