Does this mean my clutch is bad?

Well my car could only run so good before it broke again. I was driving today and all of a sudden it felt like my clutch was just shot. Along with this my speedometer would go up with my tach and the needle would keep dropping in between shifts and was clearly giving me the wrong speed. The only other thing that has changed is I hear a ticking coming from the engine bay. Please Help.

Sounds like you just answered your own question. I'd be checking the clutch disc:thumb:Make sure you arent just experiencing pump-up. It's where the clutch master cylinder builds pressure on it's own, and activates the slave cylinder. Can you smell the clutch?
