Does this have a partial talon conversion?

I am looking at my local Pick your Part and came across this car, I think I see the talon low rise spoiler and possibly the twisty skirts. This place is about 45 minutes away and before I go out there I am looking for confirmation that this thing has the talon parts I want.

The low rise spoiler seems to be there..the skirts im notsure the picture is too dark
