Does HKS SSQV come with flange?

Does the universal HKS SSQV come with the flange? I am making my own IC pipes and dont really want to spend an extra $40 for a flange, when the TIAL Bov is in the same price range and comes with it.

Does anybody know for sure?

no the HKS SS dose not come with a flange you have to buy it seperate i know i have one hope this helps

it dont come with it because hks has 3 different flanges for the universal bov... 50mm steel, 65mm steel, or 60mm aluminum......it ends up costing a lil more but you can get those inserts that change the sound of it........ohhhhh!
