Does anyone know what these wires plug into?

Does anyone know what these wires plug into? Two wires (One was cut by previous owner it looks) underneath the passenger side dash board to the right of the door. And one in my engine bay behind my battery.

i believe the 2-wire plug is for your alarm

Not sure on the first one, but the second one is supposed to plug into a separate horn for the alarm. The part that it was supposed to plug into is in this link, the first picture. http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/what-are-these.426415/
