I have bought two wheel hub assemblies and the left rear was like $100 my front drivers side (which i just bought two days ago from Advance Auto Parts) was like $75 at most. Id check around a few more places.

Get the felpro valve cover gasket set (VC, Half Moon, Plugs) I think it was 40 bucks from napa but I bought it last summer so don't hold me to that number. You can get timing belt kit for about what that tensioner is costing you and it includes both pulleys. Just check out a couple of the DSM vendors. http://www.dsmtuner.com/partners/ The hubs, why are you replacing them? The bearings can be replaced if that's why. The balance shaft belt...this idea costs slightly more but is much better just get an eliminator kit. They can be had for 40-50 bucks and you will never have to replace the belt again, you get some HP from reducing your rotating mass and most important the piece of mind that it won't break and screw your valves.
