I say yes. The more fuel you are flowing, the more opportunity for hp you have to work with. As it stands right now, your clutch should still hold up just fine with this current setup, though a clutch should be in your next few mods-mainly to be on the safe side.

Hope I helped, even if it was just barely.

BTW, when you get the pump, be sure to re-wire it.

just dont get a 255 pump. it flat out not worth it. if i could do it again i would just get a 190. that is all would ever need and more.

Right now I have just a Apexi intake filter, Greddy BOV, and a test pipe. I have a MBC on the way to my house right now. Would it be beneficial to get a new fuel pump right now or is it best to still wait?

Well only you can truly answer that. What are your goals? Are you looking to make your dsm a little better, something impressive, or something that will make alot of people scared to race you?

Take it from there.......

How am I the only one that can answer that? None of the questions you asked will make me know? I'm just tryin to make the car better/faster and I didn't know if the fuel pump will help me right now or it's unnecessary until more mods are on the car.

All a pump will do is give you the ability to either:
1) Make the mods you have run better or more safely on your current configuration, and/or:
2) Give you more headroom for more mods/upping the boost!

An upgraded fuel pump alone won't give you more power unless you're already maxing out your stock pump, (which, if you are, your engine won't last long).

i'll put in a 190lph and i'll have it rewired when i put in 550's

Thanks

Why don't you just re-wire it when you put the pump in? No point in making more work for yourself.
