do i need a new transmission??

Can anyone tell me if i need a new tranny or not!?!? Here is what's wrong...it only goes into 1st gear, but i don't know if it's really 1st gear. It only goes forward and doesn't go into reverse and there is NO neutral so i have to keep the clutch down so i won't stall. Also, it's leaking coolant and something else(could it be transmission fluid??) I know i messed up something a few days before all of this started happening during a race between me and an SRT-4 because i felt something was wrong when i shifted from 3rd to 4th because the gears got really loose and i can't really drive my car at all.

take out the the trans fill plug. stick your pinky in the hole and smell the fluid ( if you can reach it). then smell the fluid on the ground. if they smell the same you will know what it is.
