I was contemplating what I wanted to do for this year as far as my street/strip setup will be.
My question is do I have enough supporting mods, and supporting mod mods, to run a
GT35R.? My goal for this year is low 12's and then some. Here is my List:

Dejontool LICP/UICP
DSM chips stage 3
fp TD05H 18G
pacesetter header
PTE 780cc injectors
MAFT v2.02
3" GM MAF
AMS MBC
STARION FMIC
B&M AFPR
B&M FP guage
Walbro 255
Exedy stage II cerametallic "thick disk" (2160)
ported 2G o2 housing
Apexi S-AFC
Fidanza 8lbs flywheel
3" turbo-back Exhaust
6-BOLT Block .020 over
Cyclone Intake manifold (properly working) - thanky to Jeff O.
JE 8.5:1 .020 over
Eagle 3-D ESP H-beam rods
Cometic .054 metal head gasket
ARP headstuds
FPCam2 Intake
FPCam2 Exhaust
Apexi TT
Autometer Sport-Comp boost guage

I'm at full interior still and I'd greatly apreciate reallistic comments. I'm actually planning to take my car to the shoot out this year:thumb: I just hope I can bring enough to hold my own....:talon:

Replace the B&M afpr with something that can lower the pressure and replace the starion fmiic with something that will cool the intake charge fom a gt35 and you should be good to go. I would reccomend upgrading to dsmlink is the future for bettuer tuning capabilities. The pacesetter header will fail eventually so the new sbr manifold would be a good replacement when its time.

Great!, I knew there were some weak-links in this setup, I've had to re-TIG my pace setter manifold already but sofar no probs with it.

Any more opinions are welcome! I need to know how to keep up with green92GSX <--(my hero)

i completely agree with the above statement. definately upgrade to a good intercooler, and after using safc2 pocketlogger and wbo2, i would definately go with dsmlink, in the long run it's cheaper and you can do everything you could ever want. i personally would get a better o2 housing.

THanks for the replies, I just placed an order for a spearco Intercooler, the measurements are - 24x18x3, 2.5" endtanks. :thumb: i'm working on the cash for dsm link and a Zeitronix wideban right now. Hopefully things fall through:D .

Thanks for all the help

Im assuming the 18" is a typo and you meant 8"? If not your gonna have issues trying to mount that.

That intercooler needs to go as does that horrid exhaust manifold. Pick up either a ported 2G or a DNP tubular manifold if you have the extra money. Expect that clutch's life to be severely limited once you are boosting hard on that turbo. If you decide to make the jump to the GT35R, you would also see really good gains from switching to a SMIM. The Magnus has been the best looking design in my opinion and would make your top end MUCH, MUCH better.

Good luck with the project.
