differences between RS and GS?

I notice you specifically said 1g, but I only know about the 2gs. On the 2gs, besides the above mentioned difference, the GS's side mirrors and door handles are painted the match the rest of the car. Not sure about the 1g, though. Other than that, and what has been mentioned before...well...that's about it. Performance wise...they are exactly the same. In fact, the RS might actually be a little bit quicker (LITTLE BIT), because (and this definately depends on options that were installed) it's probably a few pounds lighter on the scale.

Again, my two cents pertains more to the 2G, as that's what I drive and know. But I don't think the 1G RS and GS is any different. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

ok i got a white 95 n/t with black outside doorhandles and mirrors no power to any of it! i have badging and drum brakes in the back. mine doesn't have the foglights.. also looking for some if ya got em'? maybe that will help ya out... i think the weight is the biggest thing tho. with the rs being lighter...:dsm:

My rs seems to pull harder than other gs' I've been in. RS eclipse reminds me of the new RS evolution.

i dought it is still respectable but in the olden days the RS wuz for RALLY SPORT

and the GS was for GRAND SPORT

i dought is means anything nowadays tho...:dsm:
