2G difference between auto and manual rear axles

What's the difference between the LSD auto rear end axles and the ones off of a manual awd rear end? Are the overall lengths the same?

Also on this subject are the diff cups the same between the M/T and AUTO axles?

I beleive the axles are the same .I have swapped auto to manual in a 2g and only changed the rear pumpkin and used the automatic rear axles with no issues.

The doner car for my AWD swap was an auto. I just took the auto rear diff out and threw in a 5 spd diff. Everything worked perfectly..
