hey guys, i have a 1g 92 eclipse gs and i have been looking at exhaust systems for it but everything i find is for the freakin 2g n\t what is the difference in the 2, i mean chassis, im pretty sure the 2g chassis is longer than the 1g but as far as the headers for the 2g wouldnt they fit the 1g also, thanks guys

yea you wouldnt be able to use any parts from a 2nd gen, they are two completely different engines 2nd gen(420a)n/t and the 1st gen n/t is the 4g63 engine, your better off just searching the web for a header for the 1st gen such as hotshot or pacesetter, than getting a highflow cat and custom cat back exhaust about 2 1/2 inch piping, you'll be good. good luck. yea i knew they were 2 different engines, but i thought the heads where the same or atleast the header bolt pattern and exhaust ports, but i did find me some, and there not pacesetter, i hate those headers. but these are much better and i found me a thermal exhaust and high flow cat so im set now, thanks guys

You'll find the header and the cat back system from Pace Setter. I just bought mine from Summit, Good price too! I took the cat out, but you 'll have to figure that one out on your own(emissions!).
