I while back my engine blew a hole in the blow since then I have:

Rebuild the e line
Different block
New Piston
New piston rings
New connecting rods
New main bearings
New connecting rod bearings
420A Engine Standard size

The Car runs fine and sound good but I hear this knocking noise from the engine.

Here's what I checked so far:

Play in the crank (I moved the connecting rods side to side and very little play in all of them the same amount).
I made sure oil was getting to the bottom end and it is. New oil pump and the bottom end has plenty of oil.
I have done a EGR delete

Hit me up let me know something. Kinda don't know what to do. The engine even when revved up the sound doesn't get louder and the engine sound fine but when the rpms come don't I still hear that noise.

When you took apart the engine did you mark the rod caps? These go on only one way. Also did you spec out the bearings? You didn’t happen to use oversized bearings or something did you?

I don’t know much about 420a engines, but some after market pistons use clips on the rod pin, and at work we had a guy forget one of them, and it gave us a noise that didn’t get much louder with higher RPMs

My final thought is did you prime the oil pump before starting the engine?
