Hey guys, I just replaced my clutch on my car and it was sitting with battery disconnected and not ran for about a week. I just finished it yesterday and haven't done a ton of driving with it yet either. But when I go to start my car after it has been sitting for a while it takes about 10 tries to start and keep it running. If I finally get it running and take it for a spin and turn it off and back on, it goes fine. It turns over fine, it just dies right away. Also, it seems to idle very rough and low. Now here is what I think it COULD be: I have an upgraded fuel pump with the stock regulator and I can hear it whining now more than ever; or the ecu hasn't relearned itself yet. It smells like it is running rich as hell and I have the stock fuel pump and want to install it, I just haven't got my gas tank low enough yet to do so. I have checked for vacuum leaks and I don't hear any hissing noises like I have in the past from vacuum leaks. Anybody have any thoughts on what it could be?
