420A Diag help - Rough idle and bluish smoke

420A - Rough idle and bluish smoke from exhaust. Starts off with only a little smoke and builds as it warms up. RPMs drop and then rev occasionally at idle and when holding gas pedal/throttle steady in neutral. Video is below. Before you ask, the oil and oil filler are brand new and properly filled per the owner’s manual. The dipstick reads in the middle of the fill area.

There are no dash lights (they do all work) I have an old FIXD OBD II scanner I tried to use to see if it was throwing codes, but it didn’t show any.

Can’t drive it to test it further since it isn’t registered, doesn’t have tags, and it has to pass CA CHP inspection and smog before I can drive it around.

Sounds like it may be starving for fuel. Check your fuel pressure on the fuel rail while idling and also if the fuel pressure regulator is working properly and not leaking.
