okay i really want to upgrade my intercooler and piping as well as switch to a blow thru setup now really the only place i can find all this is at dejon tool but just have a few questions on their products. ill be getting from them either their super side mount or street front mount. along with the blow thru UICP and whichever LICP i need. as well as a new intake as my injen is no longer cutting it.

1. Im wanting to run 22psi on my rs49t should i go with their SUper side mount or their street front mount. they look about the same size

2. for the UICP it says that you have to mod some bracket really all i need to know is how hard is this or what all is involved is it just relocating it or trimming it or something.

3. which intake should i get they have 2 and im not sure which is right for me to make it fit without a problem they have the 2gQ which comes in 3" (waht i need and is cheaper but will it fit with the blow through setup or they have the 2gT which has another curve and only come in 2 3/4" .

If I were you I'd just e-mail the people at Dejon Powerhouse, they're very nice and would suggest to you what to do. They also ship blazingly fast, as I got my UICP in two days from when I ordered it, although they are in Ohio, which is real close to me in Southern Michigan.

I agree about contacting them. I currently run their old RACE FMIC, love it, I compare it as being on race gas and a good tune when I was on the old stock side mount=same power on pump and the FMIC. Of course I have "upgraded" toa BT28, and I run it in a blowthru setup. I have the cip-2gQ intake and it fits fine (I used a 2"-3" coupler from RRE). Here are a few pictures of my setup.

As for moding the bracket. On the RACE FMIC since it is short route, you need to cut a hole in the metal bracket next to the passanger headlight. It is quite easy to do, just take your time and be sure everything is out of the way when cutting. And might want to have someone with gloves hold the bar ABOVE where you are cutting (of course wearing gloves) since you will notice that brace shake and bend quite a lot when cutting. Other than that, the FMIC is pretty simpe to install. a little bit of cutting and moding a few things. but the results are WELL worth the effort.

I couldn't tell from the pic, but did you opt to cut the outlet off of the compressor housing to attach the LICP to the intercooler?

yup there is a simple picture on dejons website on where to cut. found here: http://dsm.dejonpowerhouse.com/edit/2-03_T25-cut.jpg I highly recommend removing the turbo 1 since its a hard place to cut and 2 since the oil return line is right there. I cramed a few rags in there then ducted taped then inside. Then attached a vacuum with duct tape as I cut when removing the rags I did not notice anyshavings inside of them.

Thanks. I guess it'll be a good time to port out the wastegate passage while the turbo is out.
