I just got through installing my Dejon 3inch intake with all the extra vacuum hoses. Ran into a cople of problems for one the 14b has an inlet much smaller than the dejon Inner diameter . So they send two extra spacer to seal it to the turbo . The problem being that the waste gate actuator interferes with these spacers . So I had to remove the waste gate actuator and recese a quarter of an inch on the intake side of the bracket . Just thought I would let everyone know it is not a direct bolt up . You could slop it on there but it would jiggle off as I found out while installing my air fliter . Well anyway it is in place and I also added a mbc and turned it up to 20psi With no knock, stock injectors and Safc set at + 5 . I also have it at stock fuel pressure . The tempature is right at 55 degrees will do more testing tomorrow.

It says on there site that the 3 Inch won't fit a 14b/16g easily :thumb:

I saw the same thing also, but I guess our reading comprehention is just a bit better.

You may want to get a logger and find out what the duty cycle on those injectors are. I wouldn't want to run them over 85% or so becasue it will lead to a quick demise.

Yeah I guess your "comprehention" Hmm am I wrong or is this spelled wrong ?

Also Dejon make no indication that machining would have to be done . Dont get me wrong I am happy with the product but they should let people know what steps will need to be taken in installation. Good product overall would buy again great ebayer million stars "end of thread".

Copied straight from Dejon's Site:
" 2 3/4" model barely clears the 14b-16g waste gate actuator but will also work with the 20g.
3" will work with 20g and Garrett's. " :thumb:

3" Will clear 14b with little material removed from waste gate actuator bracket. It still does not say that it wont fit a 14b .

just put the stock one on. youll see no power difference anyways.
