so tonight was the block building
step one torque to spec with the arp studs. yes it was machine shop checked for align bore and the crank was rebalanced

step two. check the plasti gauge. hmmm at .002 or a little tighter, check

step three retorque with assembly lube and turn over to check for binding.

step 4 the 1st slug is in. 9.0.1 wiesco pistons on eagle rods. all balanced. pistons all the same and rods balanced at both ends.

step 5 after plasti gauging all the rod caps the block was together

cleaned the deck off and covered with tape to prevent rusting.
tomorrow will be installing the head and torquing that down then the rest of the build can start
