Ok I have been having a huge problem with my car stuttering. I have literally replaced every sensor and check for leaks and nothing same thing. MY question is my mmcd datalog values seem very odd... OK first off it is a90 eagle talon awd and I am using a 91 awd ecu with a tachadapter from Jeff O. which makes it plug and play in a 90. OK My 02 voltages are extremely low they are ranging from .03-.05 now keep in mind they are .03-.05 not .3-.5 which would pobviously be low but still in range. I have replaced the o2 same thing. My car is not running lean I have 550's with a 190 fuel pump. My egt are about 9 at 1000rpm. my timing advance fluctuates crazily at even an idle and my mass is at like 93hzs? also my fuel trims do not change form 100 on all speeds .is my datalog setup wrong? my prefs on v1.8 are
COM=1920bps Units= ENglish Egrt=0-5volts Vehicle=Dsm
ECu clock =100% Base time =5 O2 non lin is checked
 
OK I bought a new 02 and now I have fixed many problem but I am still confused! OK now the car idles fine at 720-750 perfest no studder. THe car is still surging under moderate gas it will surge between 1600 and a 1000 back and forth! Now I am looking at my datalog (this is at idle) My low fuel trim is 139! my med and high fuel trims never leave a 100 which i beleive is because I am at idle. My 02 fuel trim cycles from 110-165! what doe sthis mean why is it doing this I have no fuel control yet and am running 550's on aa 150lph pump. I also am running a hacked mafs
 
THere was nothing from Jeff O saying to change alter those wires? what do you mean by alter? switch them? And Just wondering if you know this for a fact, I am nto questioning you just wondering why Jeff wouldnt say anyhting about this

Yes, from everything I've read, they must be switched.

The piece you got from Jeff was only for the tach signal, which means you don't have to do anything but #1 I'm assuming.

I've never done this before, but if the idle switch and air flow sensor wires are swapped, you're going to have a bad time.

Being that I haven't done this before, I'd recommend you do a search to verify that this is your problem.
 
Yes I swapped them and It fixed everyone of my problem!!!YAY thanks so much guys this has been a month battle
