This thread has very little to do with the actual products that were asked about. It's mainly about service complaints, and comebacks by the vendor in question - which are prohibited. I'm surprised that no other moderator has caught this before I did.

To everyone - KEEP YOUR SERVICE COMPLAINTS OFF THE BOARD! If you want to know about the products, ask or search, but when it turns into a debate about the vendors' service, it becomes useless. Everyone has their own standards as to what constitutes good service and it differs from person to person.
