Need opinions on gluing that pulled up section down. It’s in a tight spot, and I’m not sure how to get glue down in that section and then not sure how to clamp it down. Or do i just leave it, and cut my losses.

I have been successful at gluing them back in with the ultimate heavy duty contractors glue bought at lowes. But that specific spot you show is tough. You do have the dash out so that helps.

You need to get glue in there and some how jam the dash against something to push and hold that lip down.

If you pinch it, the pinch marks will stay after it dries. Good luck.

The best thing i have thought of so far is putting glue in, and then putting a credit card between the plastic and vinyl, and then flexing it to push the vinyl down. Just not sure how to hole the flexed credit card for a couple hours. Lol

I was able to rig up a syringe with one of my RC car tire gluing tips, and get glue down into that little spot. Then just slid the credit car in and flexed it, and it seems to push the vinyl in the right spot. But only time will tell.

Got it down pretty good. Not perfect, but I’m happy with it.

That's awesome. Gonna have to use that myself in the future.
